Ryan provides Cost Segregation services to companies throughout the United States. With a background in civil engineering and over 5 years of experience at one of the nation’s largest public accounting firms, he specializes in cost segregation for diverse sectors including hotels, restaurants, office buildings, health and long-term care facilities, residential rental properties, manufacturing, retail, and shopping centers.
Before founding ThriveVista, Ryan was a Senior Manager in the Specialty Tax Group at a large CPA firm, and prior to that, a Senior Project Manager in the civil engineering industry. His consulting expertise extends from supporting small and midsize businesses to advising billion-dollar publicly traded companies.
